Suggested Use

Adults:
Take 10 ml 2–3 times daily after meals or between meals. May be taken directly or diluted in water.

Children (1+ year):
5–10 ml daily.

Shake gently before use. Natural sediment, mild gas formation, and characteristic acidity are normal results of the fermentation process.

Storage
